Stephen O’Neill has been a practicing lawyer for over 35 years and is the founder of our firm. During his career, Steve has advised a broad range of resource, technology and industrial companies that have traded on the TSX, the TSX Venture Exchange, AMEX and the US over-the-counter (OTC) markets.
Steve practices in the areas of securities law, corporate law, commercial transactions, finance, corporate governance, mining, oil and gas and trusts. Steve also has extensive experience in advising clients during securities enforcement proceedings.
